This scheme’s objective is to provide the urban and rural poor people, who are marginally above and below the poverty line, protection by life insurance schemes.
Eligibility:
A person should satisfy certain conditions given below:
- Age between 18 and 59 years
- Poverty line marginally above or below
- Any occupation groups/vocation member
A department of state government that is concerned with any occupation/vocation group, a Welfare society/Fund, self-help groups, NGO, Panchayat etc.
Minimum Membership Size
Twenty five
